Installed but nothing on the chart? These two cover almost every case:

Restart NinjaTrader 8 completely. Close it fully and reopen — new assemblies only load at startup, and a chart refresh isn't enough. If you just installed and haven't restarted yet, this is almost always it.

Look in the standard lists. The tools live in NinjaTrader 8's regular Indicators list (right-click chart → Indicators) and Drawing Tools menu, under the CFT_Private_ToolBox names — there's no separate menu.

Still blank after both? Submit a request through the support form with what NinjaTrader shows in its log tab (Control Center → Log) and I'll take it from there.
