Getting set up takes about five minutes:
The page asks for your email address before it releases the file — type the address your subscription is under. Then press "Get the installer" and the download starts on its own. If you use one address to pay and a different one on your NinjaTrader account, and the first isn't recognized, try the other. Your browser will probably hold the file and ask you to confirm the download — the installer isn't code-signed, so your browser can't vouch for who published it. Pick the option that keeps the file, usually "Keep" or "Keep anyway". The installer then lands in your Downloads folder.
Double-click the installer from your Downloads folder.
Open NinjaTrader 8 and import the zip file: Control Center → Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On → select the zip from your Downloads folder.
Restart NinjaTrader. Close it fully and reopen — the tools only load at startup. Then close it and start it once more. On that first start the toolbox puts its own skin, trading-hours templates and workspaces into place, and the second start is what makes NinjaTrader pick them up. Both starts matter, so don't stop at the first one.
Done — the tools now appear in your regular Indicators and Drawing Tools lists, under the CFT_Private_ToolBox names.
One more thing — your customer portal. Zoho sends you a separate invitation email to set your portal password (check your spam folder if you don't see it). The portal is your account area — card, invoices, subscription:
https://portal.coderfortraders.com/client. You don't need it to download or run the tools.
